Reiki Courses
9th Sept - Animal Reiki (for those with Reiki I and II and want to learn about Animal Reiki)
16th Nov - Mind, Body, Spirit event - 10:30am - 4:30pm
Stanton village Hall. (Between Bury St. Edmunds and Diss)
A range of Complementary therapists, with treatments inc. Indian Head Massage, Reiki, as well as readings.
29th Nov - Reiki III
Reiki I and II are £90 each.
Courses are 10am - 4pm at Lt. Cornard.
Course is 10 am - 4pm at Lt. Cornard.
Courses are held in Sudbury, Suffolk, East Anglia.
Reiki I Attunement
‘In being drawn to Reiki you are embracing that part of the Divine which seeks to restore harmony, the light and the beauty which makes us who we truly are.’
The Reiki I course is 10am – 4pm, Lunch not included.
At 10am you will be greeted and meet the others attending the course.
We will begin with working through the course manual.
A manual to include:
- What Reiki is and the history of Reiki.
- The subtle energy systems – the Chakra system, the Aura ,and the Meridians.
- The Reiki Symbols – their meaning and use.
We will then break for lunch. After returning from lunch we will begin with a meditation and then move on to the attunement.

Reiki II Attunement
The Reiki II course is 10am – 4pm, Lunch not included.
At 10am you will be greeted and meet the others attending the course.
We will begin with working through the course manual.
A manual to include:
- Further uses of Reiki – animals, plants etc.
- The Reiki Symbols – their meaning and use.
- Distance healing
We will then break for lunch. After returning from lunch we will begin with a meditation and then move on to the attunement.

Reiki III Attunement (Mastership)
The Reiki III course is 10am – 4pm, Lunch not included.
At 10am you will be greeted and meet the others attending the course.
We will begin with working through the course manual.
A manual to include:
- The Reiki Master Symbols – their meaning and use.
- Beaming and scanning
- How to give a Reiki I, II and III attunement.
- Further meditation techniques.
- Group Healing positions/techniques.
We will then break for lunch. After returning from lunch we will begin with a meditation and then move on to the attunement.

Animal Reiki course
For those who have done their Reiki I or Reiki II there is a short practical course (12-4) whereby you can learn how to use your skills as a Reiki practitioner with animals.
